There is much more to your fitness journey than just a PT session each week.
Coaching goes much deeper than just 60 minutes a week, it goes further and covers much more than just lifting weights or doing a bit of cardio.

A chance to work on a tailored journey suited towards your goals, with a clear plan and structure.

If you want to train with a friend, or partner this its the option for you! it is the same as 1:1 coaching, as in it works towards your goals, but collectively.

If you are confident working out in your own gym, but lack a plan or structure then this is the option for you. We will however start with some in person sessions, and see how everything feels.
Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable working out at home, we can to our sessions over video call.

This is NOT about giving you a meal plan. It is about looking at the everyday changes we can make, which will have longer lasting results.

While exercise is a key part of fitness, it is also the small everyday things we do, consciously, or unconsciously that will also play a part in the changes you want to make. We can track and see how small changes over time impact towards the main goals.

It is always good to look at what we have done in the training sessions, and how the other small changes are stacking up. It is a good chance to sit and reflect as well as looking forward. Over time goals change, and we want the training to reflect that.

Sometimes we have questions about a wide range of health and fitness topics. these is a lot of information out there, and knowing what is helpful can be a challenge. that is why I am here to help.

Doing things by yourself can be tricky at times. Having people around you, cheering you on can be more valuable than you realise. Working with me gets you access to the support of everyone I work with.
