There is much more to your fitness journey than just a PT session each week.

Coaching goes much deeper than just 60 minutes a week, it goes further and covers much more than just lifting weights or doing a bit of cardio.

  • A chance to work on a tailored plan suited towards your goals, with a clear plan and structure.

  • If you want to train with a friend, or partner this its the option for you! it is the same as 1:1 coaching, - as in it works towards your goals - but collectively.

  • If you are confident working out in your own gym, but lack a plan or structure then this is the option for you. We will however start with some in person sessions, and see how everything feels.

  • A mix of in person and online / self training.
